Emmanuel is a Ugandan social entrepreneur, sustainability expert, and Bottom of the Pyramid (BoP) empowerment advocate. He is the Lead Partner at Green Rock ESG Advisory, Uganda’s pioneer bespoke ESG Advisory firm. 

Lukeera has devoted many years of his career to helping business leaders and executives find solutions to the global challenges of climate change, corporate governance, corporate social responsibility and sustainable development.

He has provided advisory services to a number of institutions and executives in Uganda.
